Themed children's workshop "Compoziții cu sprayuri colorate"

Themed children's workshop "Compoziții cu sprayuri colorate", with trainer Mimi Pleșoianu, on Sunday 4 October, at Primăverii 15, Bucharest. The 4–7 age group runs from 12:00 to 13:00, and the 8–12 age group from 13:30 to 15:00. Tickets: tickets.mare.ro//?p=event&e=41506

The children take inspiration from the photographic practices of the 1920s and from the Surrealist movement. They begin with a short walk through the exhibition rooms, where they talk about shape, colour and composition in the work of artists such as Victor Brauner, Marcel Iancu and M. H. Maxy. Then, in the workroom, they create compositions on A3 boards using coloured sprays, sponges, paints, everyday objects and autumn leaves. The children learn to make original compositions, to use colour to express themselves and to use their imagination in art.
