Mihaela Cristina Constantinescu, EFT and Sacred Peace therapist, New Family Constellations facilitator and C.R.E.S.C.® instructor (Emotional and Spiritual Relating Course for Children), is organising on Sunday, 4 October 2026, in Bucharest, Str. Jules Michelet no. 15-17, two workshops from the C.R.E.S.C.® programme, which consists of 10 independent workshops dedicated to the emotional, relational and spiritual development of children and teenagers.
The workshop "What do I want from myself?" is for children aged 7-9 (10:00-11:30), while "My Story" is for pre-teens aged 10-13 (12:00-13:30). Groups are small, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 participants, at a cost of 150 RON, which includes water, fruit and healthy snacks.
