Born in '90 - BIS Teatru (Timișoara) - Official Opening of the Festival

BIS Teatru officially opens the local edition of the festival "25 Hours of Non-stop Theatre" (16th edition, 3-4 October 2026) at Casa Tineretului Timișoara, on 3 October 2026 from 7:00 pm, with the show "Născut în '90" (Born in '90), in a renewed version compared to its 2014 premiere. The cast includes Andrada Grosu, Claudiu Fălămaș and Amelia Toaxen, all born in 1990, with the text created jointly by the actors and director-playwright Bogdan Sărătean.

The show lasts 1h 30 min, is recommended from age 14, and includes live music and video projections of key moments from the '90s, following the life stories of their generation against the backdrop of Romanian socio-political realities. The festival is a Bis Teatru concept, funded by the Timișoara Municipality through the Project Centre, with Linde Gaz România as partner of the opening show and several institutional partners.
