The TRE® Introductory Module takes place from 21 to 22 November 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00, in Timișoara, and is the entry point into TRE® practice (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), a method developed by Dr David Berceli, based on neurogenic tremoring to release accumulated tension and stress. The course, open both to professionals and to members of the public with no prior experience, combines theory and practice and is led by trainers Georgiana Sfetea, Oltița Raluca Rad and Crina Tudor.
Participants receive a certificate of attendance recognised by the TRE® Romania Association, required for later enrolment in the training and certification programme as a TRE® Facilitator. The cost is €290 for Introductory Module 1 (travel and accommodation not included), places are limited to 18 participants, and confirmation is made by paying the fee in full.
