SUMMARY:TRE® Introductory Module
DESCRIPTION:The TRE® Introductory Module takes place from 21 to 22 Novembe
 r 2026\, from 10:00 to 18:00\, in Timișoara\, and is the entry point into
  TRE® practice (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises)\, a method develo
 ped by Dr David Berceli\, based on neurogenic tremoring to release accumul
 ated tension and stress. The course\, open both to professionals and to me
 mbers of the public with no prior experience\, combines theory and practic
 e and is led by trainers Georgiana Sfetea\, Oltița Raluca Rad and Crina T
 udor.\n\nParticipants receive a certificate of attendance recognised by th
 e TRE® Romania Association\, required for later enrolment in the training
  and certification programme as a TRE® Facilitator. The cost is €290 fo
 r Introductory Module 1 (travel and accommodation not included)\, places a
 re limited to 18 participants\, and confirmation is made by paying the fee
