From 25 to 27 September 2026, Timișoara hosts the second edition of Czech Day in Timișoara, organised by the Czech Community of Timișoara and the Organisation of Czechs in Timișoara. On Friday, 25 September, between 18:00 and 21:00, Cinema Timiș will host a performance dedicated to the Czech community, with access by invitation only, sent after confirmation of attendance. On Saturday, 26 September, there will be a guided tour of the historic centre at 10:30, Holy Mass at the "Sacred Heart of Jesus" Roman Catholic Church in Elisabetin at 17:00, and a Czech Evening at the Continental Hotel from 19:00; on Sunday, 27 September, a farewell festive breakfast will take place.
