The Qi Tree at NEST – Demonstration lesson for children

On 25 September, at NEST, in the Parcul Copiilor in Timișoara, a free demonstration lesson of Arborele Qi ("The Qi Tree") takes place, led by Monica Botaș, a mindful movement programme for children inspired by Tai Chi, Qigong and nature, with balance games, mindful breathing and storytelling.
