DESCRIPTION:On 25 September\, at NEST\, in the Parcul Copiilor in Timișoar
 a\, a free demonstration lesson of Arborele Qi ("The Qi Tree") takes place
 \, led by Monica Botaș\, a mindful movement programme for children inspir
 ed by Tai Chi\, Qigong and nature\, with balance games\, mindful breathing
  and storytelling. The 3–5 age group is scheduled at 5:00pm\, and the 6
