2 NOV. TIMIȘOARA - 🎭 ROMEO AND JULIET - WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (classic staging)

On 2 November 2026, at 19:00, at Sala Capitol in Timișoara, the play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare will be staged, a classic production directed by Toma Enache (creator of the play "O scrisoare pierdută"), produced by Pepino Popescu. The production uses 8 projection screens and 3 video projectors, almost 50 period costumes, set design by Alina Dincă Pușcașu, decor by Maria Dore and video design by Silviu Apostol.

The cast includes Andrei Neagoe (Romeo), Ioana Brumar/Gia Tițoiu (Juliet), Monica Davidescu (Nurse), Aurelian Temișan (Capulet), Ovidiu Cuncea (Friar Lawrence), Adrian Nartea (Escalus), Teodora Calagiu (Lady Capulet), Marius Rizea (Montague), Cosmin Vîjeu (Peter), Dan Istrate (Mercutio), Emanuel Varga (Benvolio), Radu Bănică (Paris), Ștefan Pîrnuș (Tybalt) and Silviu Oltean (Abraham).

Tickets are available exclusively at ticketstore.ro. Entry to the hall closes after 19:10, and children under 7 are not admitted (those over 7 pay full price); tickets are non-refundable, and the organisers warn against buying tickets from unauthorised sites such as Viagogo.
