CE ASCUNDEM in Iași | A meeting between journalism and the arts, created by Scena9 and Rezidența9

The group exhibition "Ce ascundem" ("What we hide"), created by Scena9 and Rezidența9 based on issue 7 of the print magazine Scena9, explores through video, sound, photography and virtual reality installations themes related to personal memory, hidden traumas and intimate confession. The opening takes place on Friday, 25 September, at 5:30 pm, at the Nicolae Gane Museum – Galeria Artei Ieșene (22A Nicolae Gane Street), and the exhibition remains open with free admission until 25 October.

The magazine's coordinator is Ioana Pelehatăi, the exhibition concept belongs to Andra Matzal and Suzana Dan, and the exhibition features artists and journalists such as Andrei Becheru, Pia Paula Guilmoth, Ramin Mazur, Ionuț Sociu, Ioana Cîrlig and others.

The project continues a season of public events – guided tours, workshops and discussions – at the N. Gane Museum, Casa Muzeelor and Liceul Varlaam, with free participation upon registration at forms.gle/UF1QNm9mT8HQJb2g9. In September: opening and guided tour on the 25th (5:30 pm) with Andra Matzal, a secret-embroidery workshop on the 26th (11:00 am) with Suzana Dan at Casa Muzeelor, and a guided tour on the 26th (4:00 pm). In October, discussions are scheduled on astronomy, photography, cultural journalism for young people and violence against women, as well as the exhibition's closing on 25 October (3:00 pm) at Casa Muzeelor.
