"Untitled No. 7", a physical theatre show produced by Asociația Create.Act.Enjoy as part of the project "Pierderile despre care nu vorbim" ("The losses we don't talk about"), initiated by the association and co-financed by AFCN – the National Cultural Fund Administration, has its preview on 25 September 2026 at 20:00 and its premiere on 27 September at 20:00 at the National History Museum of Transylvania in Cluj-Napoca; it is then followed by a performance at Pro Teatru Zalău, in Sălaj county, on 1 October at 19:00, and one in Satu Mare, hosted by the Mihai Raicu Company of the Teatrul de Nord, all four performances being followed by discussions with the artistic team, moderated by psychologist Gabriela Bud, and audience access is through booking zero-value tickets at www.bilete.ro/untitled-no-7.
Direction is by Mihai Gligan, choreography by Carles Salas Monforte, music by Radu Dogaru, set design by Adrian Balcău and dramaturgy by Sașa Ceban, with performers Demetra Andrei, Ștefan Bogdan, Florina Filip Florian, Adrian Ilie, Raluca Lupan, Cătălin Mocan and Miruna Sandea. Created in two months by a multidisciplinary, intergenerational team through physical exploration and personal improvisation in a process open to trial, the show overlaps the lives of seven people who, at different times, passed through the same hotel room without knowing one another and who no longer clearly remember who they are or how they got there, exploring through the body, gesture and a dream-like logic loss, memory, forgetting, death, absence, presence, parting, longing, attachment, connection, disconnection, disappearance, continuity and the traces left by those who are gone, without offering definitive interpretations.
The concept of the hotel room and the perspective of those who are lost were developed by the director and playwright after researching scientific articles, conversations about personal experiences and Reddit forums, starting from the fact that neither of them had experienced the loss of someone close; Gligan's interest in the arbitrary selection of memories continues here his collaboration with Create.Act.Enjoy, following his participation as assistant director on "In Between Homes", staged at the former Clujana factory.
