Weekend Retreat – Yoga and Psychotherapy: "The Verticality of Being"

The "Verticality of Being" weekend retreat combines yoga and psychotherapy, taking place on Saturday 26 September (9:30 am–5:30 pm) and Sunday 27 September 2026 (9:30 am–6:30 pm) in Bucharest, with the exact location communicated after registration. The group works both from a physical perspective, through Yoga Chikitsa, Vak Yoga, Okido Yoga and Hatha Yoga techniques, and from a psychological one, through body psychotherapy, movement psychotherapy and Transactional Analysis, with no prior experience required.

The group is led by Mihail Iordache, psychologist and psychotherapist, chairman of the League for Education, Culture and Sport.
