Basic course in the Marma Points Technique

The basic course in the Marma Points Technique, organised by the Biofocus Centre (161 Calea Călărașilor, 4th floor, Sector 3, Bucharest), takes place on 17 October 2026 from 10:00 and is aimed at massage therapists, therapists, yoga, pilates, Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructors, as well as practitioners of acupressure, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Participants will learn what Ayurveda is, the definition and importance of Marma points, their number and types (by name, structure, location, effects, injuries), as well as the location of Marma points on the hands, feet, back, head, face and neck, and the three important Marma points - heart, brain and kidney/bladder.
