5Rhythms Emerging Waves® with Dana Costea in Bucharest

Emerging Waves is a gently guided 5Rhythms® class, facilitated by Dana Costea under the mentorship of Tammy Burstein, on Friday 2 October, from 19:00 to 21:00, at FAM.Spațiul, 70 Bd. Ferdinand. The practice invites participants to move through the five rhythms (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness), and is open to any body, culture, age or level of experience, as a form of meditation in movement. The price, valid for registrations until 30 September, is 100 RON for one person, 180 RON for 2, 240 RON for 3 and 300 RON for 4 people paying together (rising by 20% after that date); the reduced price for seniors over 60, students, unemployed people, single mothers and freelancers just starting out is 60 RON.
