Weekend Retreat - Yoga and Psychotherapy: "Verticalitatea Fiintei"

A weekend yoga and psychotherapy retreat, “Verticalitatea Ființei” (The Verticality of Being), in Bucharest, starting on 12 December 2026. The programme runs on Saturday from 9:30 to 17:30 and on Sunday from 9:30 to 18:30, with the possibility of minor changes. Participants work on the physical level through yoga (Yoga Chikitsa, Vak Yoga, Okido Yoga, Hatha Yoga) and on the psychological level through body psychotherapy, movement psychotherapy and transactional analysis, starting from the link between back pain and mental state. No prior knowledge or practice is required.

The price is 1200 lei and includes participation and materials; accommodation and meals are arranged separately. Payment is made in advance, and those who have signed up remain financially committed even if they are absent. Anyone with financial difficulties is asked to say so.
