Inner Polarities: Feminine & Masculine ~ TantraMeditation workshop with Kiran & Jivan

Kiran and Jivan are leading a TantraMeditation workshop entitled „Inner Polarities: Feminine & Masculine”, at the Seeds for Happiness Centre, starting at 10:00 am. Through presence exercises, dance and conscious movement, active meditations, tantric breathing techniques and bodily, emotional and energetic awareness, the event explores the masculine-feminine polarities within each person. The workshop is open to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, couples or single people, and places are limited to 22 participants; sign-ups are open until 30 October or until places are filled, at Kiran.Jivan.Info@gmail.com.
