GENTLE WITH THE EFFECT, CURIOUS ABOUT THE CAUSE | free workshop for teaching staff

The asteri Centre in Bucharest is hosting, on Saturday 3 October 2026, between 12:00 and 15:00, the free workshop "Blând cu efectul, curios să aflu cauza?", aimed at teaching staff who work directly with children from preparatory class up to Year 4. Facilitated by Roxana Badea, a specialist clinical psychologist with expertise in brief and collaborative psychotherapies, the workshop explores the relationship between adults' emotions and children's behaviour, the difference between gentleness and permissiveness, how to set firm limits without aggression, and children's need for safety, through practical exercises, reflection and interactive activities.

Participation is free, limited to 8 available places, and includes water, coffee, tea and healthy snacks. Registration is done through the online form at www.asteri.ro/evenimente.
