DESCRIPTION:The asteri Centre in Bucharest is hosting\, on Saturday 3 Octob
 er 2026\, between 12:00 and 15:00\, the free workshop "Blând cu efectul\,
  curios să aflu cauza?"\, aimed at teaching staff who work directly with 
 children from preparatory class up to Year 4. Facilitated by Roxana Badea\
 , a specialist clinical psychologist with expertise in brief and collabora
 tive psychotherapies\, the workshop explores the relationship between adul
 ts' emotions and children's behaviour\, the difference between gentleness 
 and permissiveness\, how to set firm limits without aggression\, and child
 ren's need for safety\, through practical exercises\, reflection and inter
 active activities.\n\nParticipation is free\, limited to 8 available place
