Balintawak Arnis Seminar with GM Oliver Maguyon

Between 23 and 25 October 2026, in Bucharest, the second edition of the Balintawak Arnis Filipino martial arts seminar takes place, led by Grand Master Oliver Maguyon (representative of the WOTBAG branch, direct student of the Velez family) and assisted by Master Instructor Dragos Chiric, at Martial Essence - Arnis. The seminar covers stick techniques (Olis), stick and knife techniques (Espada y Daga), unarmed techniques (Dumog & Mano Mano) and techniques against knife attacks, and is aimed both at practitioners of Balintawak Arnis and at those from other Filipino martial arts styles.

Training sessions take place on Friday 6:00 pm–9:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am–12:30 pm and 5:00 pm–7:30 pm, while the Sunday programme remains indicative.
