SUMMARY:Balintawak Arnis Seminar with GM Oliver Maguyon
DESCRIPTION:Between 23 and 25 October 2026\, in Bucharest\, the second edit
 ion of the Balintawak Arnis Filipino martial arts seminar takes place\, le
 d by Grand Master Oliver Maguyon (representative of the WOTBAG branch\, di
 rect student of the Velez family) and assisted by Master Instructor Dragos
  Chiric\, at Martial Essence - Arnis. The seminar covers stick techniques 
 (Olis)\, stick and knife techniques (Espada y Daga)\, unarmed techniques (
 Dumog & Mano Mano) and techniques against knife attacks\, and is aimed bot
 h at practitioners of Balintawak Arnis and at those from other Filipino ma
 rtial arts styles. Training sessions take place on Friday 6:00 pm–9:00 p
 m\, Saturday 10:00 am–12:30 pm and 5:00 pm–7:30 pm\, while the Sunday 
 programme remains indicative. The participation fee is €100 for registra
