5Rhythms Emerging Waves® with Dana Costea in Bucharest

On Monday, 2 November, between 19:00 and 21:00, at FAM.Spatiul (Bd. Ferdinand no. 70) in Bucharest, the dance class "Emerging Waves" takes place, facilitated by Dana Costea, a 5Rhythms® teacher in training under the mentorship of Tammy Burstein. Participants are gently guided through the five rhythms (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness), the practice being open to any age, culture or level of experience, and for those in certification the class counts for 2 hours.

Registration until 29 October costs 100 RON per person, 180 RON for 2 people, 240 RON for 3 and 300 RON for 4 people paying together; after this date the price increases by 20%. There is also a reduced price of 60 RON for seniors over 60, students, unemployed people, single mothers or freelancers starting out.
