MEND

MEND is the first edition of an event organised by AIESEC Timișoara, built around the idea that mere awareness changes nothing and that concrete action is needed. The main event takes place on 14 November 2026, from 3:00 pm, in Timișoara, and consists of a day of keynote talks on the real causes of conflict and violence, delivered by representatives of NGOs, AIESEC alumni and business leaders. This is followed, between 16 and 20 November, by Impact Lab, a week of practical workshops on topics such as Design Thinking, non-violent communication, leadership, negotiation and first aid, in which participants turn what they have learned into a real project.
