The emotional preparation course for expectant parents "Baby's on the way... but what happens to 'us'?", led by psychologist Adina Burghel, takes place on 26 September 2026, between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, at MedLife Medici's Hospital in Timișoara. Couples discuss fears related to birth and the postpartum period, communication as a couple, managing anxiety and the changing dynamics of the relationship after the baby arrives, through practical exercises and emotional regulation techniques.

Participation, intended for couples, costs 100 lei and is free for those with a birth contract signed with MedLife Medici's Maternity Hospital; places are limited, registration at medicis.ro/spital/curs-de-navigare-psihologica.
