IASH Singing Bowl Sound Therapy Workshop

On 25 September 2026, at 6.30pm, ReCentre (Str. Constanța 8, Timișoara) is organising a sound therapy workshop with IASH singing bowls, facilitated by Iasmina Andra Todor, a facilitator with the International Academy of Sound Healing in India since 2018. The workshop lasts 90 minutes and offers a method of deep relaxation with effects such as stress and tension reduction, balancing of the brain hemispheres and improved sleep. The therapy is not recommended for pregnant women, people over 75, young children, or those with epilepsy, severe schizophrenia or coronary bypass.
