Pneuma Breathwork is an experiential practice that uses conscious breathing and music to explore expanded states of consciousness. The session takes place on Sunday, 1 November 2026, from 15:00 to 18:00, at the Fundația Bucuria Vieții in Iași. The practice was developed by Juan Ruiz Naupari, a Peruvian shaman and transpersonal psychotherapist, and the experience includes a guided journey through breath and music, space for inner exploration and time for integration.
The contribution is 250 lei per person. Places are limited and registration is compulsory, at the telephone numbers above.
The practice is not recommended for people with cardiovascular conditions, severe hypertension, glaucoma, retinal detachment, epilepsy, certain psychopathological disorders, recent surgery or osteoporosis, or during pregnancy. Any relevant medical or psychological condition must be disclosed before taking part.
