Oleuphoria - Introduction to olive oil tasting

On 30 September, from 7:00 pm, at Hotel Arnia Iași, an introductory course in olive oil tasting begins, lasting at least 3 hours. Participants will taste at least 8 oils from Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Spain and Turkey, including two flawed oils, and will go through four parts: an introduction to the world of olive oil, tasting and appreciation techniques, culinary uses and health benefits, followed by practical tips and a question-and-answer session, with the option to purchase the tasted oils.
