  and Turkey\, including two flawed oils\, and will go through four parts: 
 an introduction to the world of olive oil\, tasting and appreciation techn
 iques\, culinary uses and health benefits\, followed by practical tips and
  a question-and-answer session\, with the option to purchase the tasted oi
