From Grape to Wine

The tasting workshop "De la strugure, la vin" (From Grape to Wine) traces the journey from grape to wine, together with Dr. Florin-Dumitru Bora, a scientific researcher, who will explain the processes behind wine. Participants will taste three grape varieties - Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer and Muscat Ottonel - and then the wines made from the same varieties, comparing their aromas and taste.
