Smoking Course 2026 - Grill Expert Academy

Grill Expert Academy is organising a smoking course on 20 October 2026, from 4:00 pm (approx. 4 hours), at Str. Ioan Zaicu no. 2, Cluj-Napoca, led by Chef Szabi Lengyel. Participants will learn the low & slow cooking technique on a pellet smoker and on a Kamado grill, including forming the bark, achieving the smoke ring, overcoming the thermal blockage (the stall), choosing the wood, using dry rubs, and correctly presenting and slicing the meat.
