Practical tailoring course for beginners (Cluj-Napoca)

The practical tailoring course for beginners takes place on Saturday, 17 October 2026, from 11:00 to 17:00 (with a 15-20 minute break), in the Mănăștur neighbourhood of Cluj-Napoca, the exact location being communicated upon registration. Participants learn about tools and materials, how to use a sewing machine, types of fabrics, laying out and cutting a pattern, as well as practical techniques: sewing a dart, making a gathering, sewing pockets and a zip, assembling a garment and making a hem.

The cost is 350 lei, each of the maximum 4 participants has their own sewing machine and all the necessary materials, and registration is done by message on the Iuliana Pîslaru – Haine Urbane Facebook page or at iuliannapislaru@gmail.com.
