Editura Școala Ardeleană Events at FICT 2026

Editura Școala Ardeleană has a rich programme of book launches, conferences and exhibitions at FICT 2026, in Piața Unirii, Cluj-Napoca. On Wednesday, 23 September, at 9:30, the Reading March takes place, telling the story of the book "Virginia Linul. Din inima satului, pe scena lumii" by Camelia Sîncrăian Pop, and between 10:30 and 12:00 the opening of FICT takes place with a conference by Ioan-Aurel Pop and the launch of the volume "Antiromânismul.

De la nedreptate istorică la denunț cultural"; in the evening, between 18:00 and 20:00, the Transilvania Leaders Foundation and Editura Școala Ardeleană present the exhibition "Povestea Cărților de Colecție și a Edițiilor de Patrimoniu", with special guest Marius Bojiță, moderated by Vasile George Dâncu.

On Thursday, 24 September, between 15:00 and 16:00, the exhibition "Povestea Colecției Noua Spiritualitate" opens, coordinated by Dumitru Constantin-Dulcan, alongside the campaign "Lectura unește, cititul întinerește" dedicated to Cluj seniors, carried out together with the Cluj County Pensioners' Association; between 18:00 and 19:00, Vasile Sebastian Dâncu gives a talk on literature, the author and the reader in the age of artificial intelligence, followed by a dialogue with poet Ion Mureșan and a book-signing session.

On Friday, 25 September, between 18:30 and 20:00, the Ardelean School of Poetry takes place, with the launch of the volumes "Ana nenăscută" by Oana Goia, "Patru «Z»" by Aurel, Emil, Octavian and Iustinian Gr. Zegreanu, as well as volumes by Dumitru Mălin, Radu Matei Todoran and Vasile Nedelciu, with contributions from Constantina Raveca Buleu, Liliana Nimigeanu, Ion Cristofor and Ion Mureșan.

On Saturday, 26 September, between 19:00 and 20:00, there is a meeting with Jean Poncet, the French translator of Lucian Blaga, and a debate on Romanian writers translated in the French-speaking world; between 20:00 and 21:00, the Echinox Publishing Movement launches the volume "Umbra muntelui Heniu" by Dinu Flămând. On Sunday, 27 September, between 10:00 and 11:00, the Cărțile copilăriei (Childhood Books) event brings the launch of the volume "Spiridușul din nuc" by Maria Ioniță (in memoriam) and other children's books, alongside the launch of the volume "Furnici și lotus" by Usha Akella and Ruxandra Cesereanu. www.facebook.com/events/1420104023376284
