Grill & Gather Course 2026 – Grill Expert Academy

Grill Expert Academy is running the Grill & Gather course on 15 December 2026, starting at 16:00, at Str. Ioan Zaicu no. 2, Cluj-Napoca. It lasts about 4 hours and is led by Chef Radu Zărnescu. Participants learn to prepare a complete festive menu cooked entirely on the grill, from starters and main courses to side dishes and desserts.

The cooking is done live on three types of grill: a pellet smoker, a gas grill and a charcoal grill. The course covers timing of the dishes, balance of flavours, use of heat zones and festive presentation of the table.
