Nonviolence Day in Bucharest

On 7 October, the ZI de BINE Association invites seniors to an event dedicated to the International Day of Non-Violence, alongside people who live and cultivate the principles of non-violence and the celebration of life. The discussion starts from the idea that non-violence does not mean the absence of conflict or passivity, but the replacement of automatic fight-or-flight reactions with conscious responses, rooted in the needs of the present moment.
