Trainer Development Programme (Online + Romania)

The Trainer Development Programme, organised in collaboration with Mission Zero Academy, starts on 13 October 2026 at 10:00 am and is aimed at sustainability professionals (zero waste, climate change, biodiversity, circular economy, ESG, etc.) who want to become more effective trainers. The programme combines educational psychology with practical training methods, covering topics such as learning and memory, motivation, misconceptions, assessment and evidence-based approaches to teaching sustainability. It includes online sessions, individual assignments and an in-person training session in Bucharest.
