Setting the Global Leadership Standard - Insights from Hogan Global Leadership Effectiveness Study

On 30 October 2026, from 9:30 am, the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel hosts the event "Setting the Global Leadership Standard", organised by Hart Consulting, presenting the global and Romania-specific results of the Hogan Global Leadership Effectiveness Study. The study, conducted by Hogan Assessments based on data from more than 10,000 professionals in 127 countries and nearly 2,000 companies, examines the gap between who leads and who should lead, employees' real expectations of their leaders, leaders' behaviour under pressure and the implications of these differences for the future of organisations, with a look at how expectations vary across cultures and markets.
