THE EMOTIONS LAB - Personal development programme for children aged 10-13

The Emotions Lab is an emotional and personal development programme for children aged 10 to 13, organised in Bucharest, in the Piața Unirii area, in collaboration with the Doranda Bârsan Psychology Practice and the Prietenii lui Adrian Association (ASPLA). The programme includes 8 group sessions of around 2 hours each, held every two weeks, at weekends, in small groups of a maximum of 4 children, through creative activities, games, and self-awareness and emotional regulation exercises; it is planned to start in October 2026, with the exact date and location to be announced after pre-registration.

The facilitators are Doranda Bârsan (psychologist) and Alexandra Bârsan (creative activities facilitator); the programme is educational in nature and does not replace psychotherapy.
