SUMMARY:THE EMOTIONS LAB - Personal development programme for children aged
  10-13
DESCRIPTION:The Emotions Lab is an emotional and personal development progr
 amme for children aged 10 to 13\, organised in Bucharest\, in the Piața U
 nirii area\, in collaboration with the Doranda Bârsan Psychology Practice
  and the Prietenii lui Adrian Association (ASPLA). The programme includes 
 8 group sessions of around 2 hours each\, held every two weeks\, at weeken
 ds\, in small groups of a maximum of 4 children\, through creative activit
 ies\, games\, and self-awareness and emotional regulation exercises\; it i
 s planned to start in October 2026\, with the exact date and location to b
 e announced after pre-registration. The facilitators are Doranda Bârsan (
 psychologist) and Alexandra Bârsan (creative activities facilitator)\; th
 e programme is educational in nature and does not replace psychotherapy. T
 he participation fee is 1\,200 lei per participant and includes all sessio
 ns and materials\; pre-registration is open until 30 September 2026 via th
