Ivanov | TNB Bucharest

On Monday, 26 October, at 7:00 pm, the "I. L. Caragiale" National Theatre Bucharest (Studio Hall) presents the play "Ivanov", directed by Dumitru Acriș. The play explores the drama of the Russian intellectual at the end of the 19th century through the story of Nikolai Ivanov, a man overwhelmed by an existential crisis, moral bankruptcy and a marriage that is dying out. The set design is by Mc Ranin, with video mapping by Cătălin Cora, lighting by Cristi Bortoș, video by Alexandru Iacob and assistant direction by Erica Moldovan; the cast includes Codrin Dănilă, Erica Moldovan, Dumitru Florescu, Ioana Aciobăniței, Daniel Popa, Alexandra Paftală, Gelu Ciobotaru, Mara Lucaci, Alin Zară, Mălina Balcan and Răzvan Grosu.
