On 10 October 2026, from 9:00 am, at the PhysioOne clinic in Bucharest, physiotherapist Dr Paolo Perna (PDP Physiotherapist, Chelsea FC, United Kingdom) will teach the course "Muscle Injuries", dedicated to the management of lower-limb muscle injuries (quadriceps, gastrocnemius/soleus, hamstring). The programme combines theory and practice across four areas: clinical assessment, strengthening in the gym, on-field progression, and Return to Sport criteria.
