The Hunchback of Notre Dame

The musical "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" comes to the Constantin Tănase Variety Theatre in Bucharest on 26 November 2026, at 7:00 pm, after performances on the Broadway and Gran Vía stages. The Theater du Soleil Entertainment production is a live musical in Romanian, adapted by Sergiu Roban and Iulia Miulescu, with music by Alan Menken, direction by Elena Nicolau and Sergiu Roban and choreography by Diana Colea. The cast includes Sergiu Roban (Quasimodo), Antoniu Morariu/Petru Calinescu/Bogdan Podlovschi (Frollo), Iulia Miulescu (Esmeralda), Tomer Jack Weissbuch (Phoebus), Victor Valentin Ion (Clopin) and other actors; the show lasts 120 minutes, with a 15-minute interval between acts, and children under 12 are not admitted.
