A small-group walking tour through the Carpathian Mountains, departing from Bucharest, with a traditional village, castles and hikes. The programme includes a train journey through the mountains, a climb in Piatra Craiului National Park, a visit to "Dracula's Castle", a walk along the ridge of the Bucegi Mountains, a bear sanctuary, the Fortified Church of Viscri's counterpart in Vulcan, and traditional villages. A remote cheese house can be visited until mid-September. Accommodation is in guesthouses, with local meals.
