CULTURA Accreditation - Human Synergistics

Human Synergistics is organising, on 24 November 2026 from 9 a.m., at 43 Lascăr Catargiu Street, Bucharest, the CULTURA Accreditation programme, aimed at professionals who want to work with organisational culture in a rigorous and measurable way: HR managers, organisational development consultants, trainers, coaches and entrepreneurs. Participants learn to diagnose organisational culture, translate data into courses of action and build change projects using the Diagnosis – Prognosis – Intervention model, working with tools such as the Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI), the Organizational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI) and Customer Service Styles.

In Romania, Human Synergistics has carried out over 300 cultural diagnosis projects, working with 600 organisations and 350 accredited consultants.
