DESCRIPTION:The LA PAS / Slowing Down festival reaches its sixth edition an
 d takes place between 9 and 11 October 2026 at the French Institute in Rom
 ania in Timișoara\, organised by the CRIES Association. Over three days\,
  the event brings together local producers\, chefs\, farmers\, researchers
  and artists around the theme of the future of food\, with a shared openin
 g meal\, the "Living Library of Food" (small-group conversations)\, educat
 ional workshops\, a fair with local producers and craftspeople\, as well a
 s artistic projects on climate change and food.\n\nAdmission is free\, tha
 nks to the support of funders and partners. The project is part of the "Re
 pere în cultură" programme\, funded by the Timișoara Municipality throu
 gh the Centrul de Proiecte\, with the French Institute in Romania in Timi
