DESCRIPTION:From 26 to 27 September 2026\, under the Octav Băncilă Bridge
 \, in the Țigarete area of Iași\, the Association of Citizens Involved i
 n the Community Iași (ACIC Iași) is organising the 8th edition of the Fe
 stivalul cu Umbrele®\, under the theme "RegenerARTE – Art\, people and 
 living spaces"\, marking ten years since the concept was launched. The pro
 gramme includes traditional competitions\, costume parades\, creative and 
 educational workshops\, outdoor sport and dance\, as well as live concerts
  with local and regional artists.\n\nIn preparation for the festival\, res
 idents of Iași are invited to take part in an upcycling initiative: old o
 r unused umbrellas\, creatively decorated with messages of inclusion and s
 olidarity\, can be brought to Casa ArtIS up to and including 25 September 
 2026\, and will become part of the festival's decor.\n\nOrganiser contact:
