 me a Dancer (1995) by British artist Tracey Emin\, which evokes her adoles
 cence in the small town of Margate\, her early sexual experiences and her 
 passion for dance\, culminating in her participation in the 1978 British D
 isco Dancing Championship. Tracey Emin\, born in London in 1963\, represen
 ted Great Britain at the 2007 Venice Biennale and was made a Dame in 2024.
