SACRED BREATH – Immersive Breathwork with headphones & Sound Bath | Cluj-Napoca

Sacred Breath, an immersive breathwork event with individual headphones and a sound bath, comes to Romania for the first time, in Cluj-Napoca, on Saturday 24 October 2026, from 6:00 pm, at Str. Andrei Saguna no. 22. The experience lasts about 2 hours 30 minutes and combines conscious breathing with elements of neuroscience, NLP, EFT/tapping, somatic work and energy healing; participants receive professional headphones and sleep masks, and through the headphones they listen to vocal guidance, music, binaural sounds, 432 Hz frequencies and 8D effects.

The process is supported by touch, somatic release, catharsis and work with tuning forks and percussion instruments, and the journey ends with an integration sound bath.
