SUMMARY:Beginner-intermediate hike: Discover the Autumn Colours of the Cozi
 a Mountains
DESCRIPTION:A beginner-to-intermediate level hike organised by TerraMont in
  the Cozia Mountains\, on Saturday 26 September\, meeting at 10:00am at St
 anisoara Monastery and setting off on the trail at 10:15am. The circular r
 oute passes through Vf. Ciuha Mica\, Cozia Cabin and Vf. Ciuha Mare\, cove
 rs 13 km\, with an elevation difference of 1000 m (ascent and descent)\, a
 nd takes approximately 7-8 hours\, with an estimated return to the cars ar
 ound 6:00pm.\n\nThe trail is accessible even to those without mountain exp
 erience\, but requires a basic level of physical fitness (regular walks of
  7500 steps/day\, light aerobic exercise\, body mass index under 30)\; the
  authorised guide is Roxana Mandric (certificate no. 6772). Standard hikin
 g equipment is required (hiking boots\, layered clothing\, a rain cape\, a
  sun hat\, 2 litres of water\, a head torch\, a 35-45 l backpack\, packed 
 food).\n\nThe organisers provide authorised guiding\, collective safety eq
 uipment (first aid kit\, self-defence spray\, communication radios) and mo
 untain consultancy\, but do not include transport\, accommodation\, food o
 r insurance\; transport can be arranged through a ridesharing group or\, o
 n request\, by minibus from Cluj-Napoca. Cancellation at least 5 days in a
