  olives\, pickle gilda and charred lemon.\n\nIn the glass are Del Chiaro w
 hite vermouth and Mamaia red vermouth\, or a vermouth spritz with sparklin
 g wine\, orange and olives. Manná has made Portuguese conservas in Algarv
 e since 1954\, while Del Chiaro is a modern Romanian vermouth made with T
 ămâioasă Românească and Fetească Neagră\, and Mamaia is a Romanian 
 vermouth classic since the 1960s.\n\nThe ticket costs 79 RON and includes 
 the full sardine plate\, one vermouth cocktail and dessert. Seats are limi
